The Broome-Tioga Workforce Development System, a unique partnership between Tioga and Broome Counties and the regional business community is focused on helping businesses recruit and retain talented workers, assessing and responding to current and future workforce needs, and helping individuals obtain rewarding career opportunities.

The system could not function without committed partners including the Binghamton Housing Authority, Binghamton University, Broome-Tioga BOCES, Broome Community College, Broome County Office for Aging, Broome Workforce NY Center, Broome County Department of Social Services, Green Thumb, Inc., New York State Department of Labor, Opportunities for Broome, Tioga County Department of Social Services, Tioga Workforce NY Center, Tioga Opportunities Program, Inc., and VESID.
