Broome County Foreclosure of Tax Liens
On November 1, 2004, Broome County filed the Foreclosure of Tax Liens. These documents, Index Nos. 2004002371 and 2004002382, are available at the green counter in our Office and online.
Increase in RP-5217 Filing Fee
The New York State 2004-05 Budget increased the RP-5217 filing fee from $50 to 75 for qualifying residential or farm property and to $165 for all other property. These new fees apply to deeds submitted for recording on or after September 1, 2004.
City of Binghamton List of Delinquent Taxes
On March 8, 2005, the City of Binghamton filed the List of Delinquent Taxes with our Office. This document, Index No. 2005000475, is available at the green counter in our Office and online.
